Brother Kyocera/Brother Kyocera, a Japanese company, purchased the patent usage rights of Sail and Spectra from Brother and developed a piezoelectric inkjet print head based on shear motion. Kyocera is a major global supplier of piezoelectric ceramics. The two companies collaborated and jointly launched the KJ4 series inkjet print heads in 2008. This product has 2656 spray holes, making it one of the inkjet print heads with the highest number of spray holes and the fastest speed currently available. At present, the high-speed inkjet printing machines of Oshi, Miyao, and Domino all use the inkjet printing heads of the brother Kyocera.
Realize high-resolution, multi-level grayscale printing A 108mm wide construction allows for wide printing with a small amount of print heads. Significantly saving tedious position adjustments, while also making piping and wiring design easier. Using unique ceramic technology to achieve high-density configuration of nozzles. Utilize the advantages of piezoelectric technology to achieve variable control of ink droplet volume, achieving a maximum of 5 levels of grayscale and a resolution of 600dpi x 600dpi for high-quality printing.
Two colors on one end,
Two channels can independently control voltage and waveform
Small droplet size, high resolution,
Better than fine printing
The nozzle is equipped with a built-in heater and temperature reader
High resolution, wide width, high operating frequency, variable droplet control The high-density spray hole arrangement achieves a physical accuracy of 600dpi. The 108mm wide frame structure allows for wide frame printing with a small number of nozzles, greatly reducing the tedious work of adjusting the relative position between nozzles and making piping and wiring more convenient. Built in 3-4 different sizes of ink droplets and expandable variable droplet control.
Two colors on one end,
Two channels can independently control voltage and waveform
The nozzle is equipped with a built-in heater and temperature reader
Large printing width of a single nozzle
High action frequency and high physical resolution
Multi stage variable droplet volume
High reliability suitable for harsh industrial environments
