CE2 achieves a high resolution of 300dpi by placing 636 nozzles at a high density. Compared to conventional printheads, the nozzle density has been doubled, further increasing productivity and enabling print resolutions that support single-pass printing.
In the CF1/CF1L/CF1XL, the ink circulation structure ensures that the ink does not stay near the nozzles and ink is always supplied. This solves many problems with inkjet heads, including high ejection reliability. This jet is the most important factor in the inkjet printing method, enabling "improved jetting reliability" and can be used in a variety of applications such as paper, label packaging and signature graphics. In particular, in a single-pass printing method that requires ejection reliability, the advantage of ejection reliability can be maximized.

The CA4 uses a multi-point method that ejects droplets to the same pixel in units of 6pl, up to 90pl. It has excellent tonal representation in the mid-tone area compared to traditional binary printing, enabling smooth, grainy low-color representation from light to dark. In addition, large droplets up to 90pl can be flexibly printed to the same pixel in units of 6pl, opening up possibilities for various applications in industrial printing.
